LifeCheq is a fast growing and innovative, tech-based financial consultancy firm operating in both Cape Town, Pretoria, Durban Johannesburg. We help clients link their goals and values to an actionable roadmap, and help them achieve these goals – covering career, personal finance and small business advice.
In this role you’ll be responsible for engaging with clients who have had some prior interaction with LifeCheq, understanding their needs and working out how LifeCheq can help them reach their goals. You will be rewarded for meeting and exceeding client acquisition targets. If you’re succeeding in this role, you’ll be so effective and impactful with your clients that they will refer their friends and family.
Ideally, you are someone who is good with concepts and learning new skills, have excellent communication and listening skills, curious and interested in helping people achieve their potential, self-driven, curious and results-oriented. You don’t need a particular technical background, as you will get extensive training on everything you need to know. We do however require that you have a university degree with a few years working experience.
Reach out to customer leads (supplied by the marketing team) through client engagement
Explain the LifeCheq value proposition for our sessions and masterclasses and book onboarding meetings and sign up clients
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Follow up with clients after sales to get feedback and generate referrals from clients
Follow up to ensure that clients have completed the onboarding process and are getting their plans done by a consultant where relevant
Attend events and sell the LifeCheq proposition to attendees to drive both referrals from clients and lead sign ups
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Assist with the ongoing development of the sales process
Package & Remuneration
Salary: R17,500.00 – R30,000.00 per month

The ideal candidate will be good with concepts, have excellent communication skills (especially listening skills), will be self-driven and will have very good attention to detail.
The role requires an bachelors level university degree with at least 2 years’ working experience in a solution-based sales role
Ability and confidence to bring new clients on board
Strong closing of sales abilities and a record to prove it
