Job Description
We are looking for a self starter, hard working person to join our company.
(1)Delivering exceptional customer service to all ODiTY partners and customers.
(2) Effective and accurately identify the costumers issues.
(3) Ensure resolutions of the customer issues.
(4) Ensure all inbound/outbound calls are answered in a professional, friendly and polite manner.
(5) Demonstrate excellence in customer service by achieving specified performance standards in the handling of inbound prospecting and/or outbound calls on the telephone.
(6) Ensure that the SLA are met and exceeded with respect to back office processing requirements as per client requirements.
(7) Be able to contribute to the continuous improvement of contact centre operations and support the business.
(8) Assisting with any other duties that may be reasonably expected of you within the Company from time to time.
