Call Centre Agent – Inbound
Job Description
• Assisting customers over the phone with quotes, sales and product queries
• Responding to web chat enquiries
• Attending to email enquiries and requests for quotes
• Communicating with relevant departments and couriers to resolve queries
• Order and credit note processing, tracking of customer orders
• Assisting telesales team with overflow calls
• Assisting lead generation and customer data maintenance
Skills required for the Opportunity
• Fluency in English and another official South African language
• Strong computer skills, especially MsOffice
• Strong interpersonal skills with great telephone manners
• Team player with good understanding of customer service
Experience Required for the Opportunity
• Min. 1 year experience in telesales, sales admin or support
Criteria for the Opportunity
No criminal record, matric certificate, SA citizens only, must live in greater Cape Town with access to public transport. Offices situated in Montague Gardens.
