Phil Dooley

Phil Dooley is the Foundation Chairman and Lead Pastor of Hillsong Church South Africa.
He is a sought-after public speaker on leadership, youth issues, and team building. For many years he served as the Director of Youth Alive and was one of the executive leadership team of Hillsong Church in Sydney, Australia.
Together with his wife Lucinda and three children, they are passionate about serving the oppressed and needy, and bringing hope to people from every part of society.

Kurt Miller

Kurt Miller holds a BCom Hons (Finance), MPhil (Law) and is a registered Charted Accountant (SA). He has more than  eighteen years structured finance experience, focusing on mobilising capital for sustainable and transformative change. He furthermore specializes in inter alia local and cross-border transactions, black economic empowerment transactions, taxation structuring and offshore investment structuring.


Darren Kitto

Darren Kitto has been a Pastor in Hillsong Church Sydney since 1993. His role as International Ministry Director involves overseeing the new Hillsong Channel, Hillsong TV, Hillsong Family, Hillsong Leadership Network, Hillsong’s Aid and Development and Disaster Relief initiatives.

Darren has recently moved to California with his wife Karen Kitto and 4 children, Bethany, Annabelle, Samuel and William.


Gary Clarke

Gary Clarke and his wife, Cathy, are Lead Pastors at Hillsong London and oversee its fast-growing extension services in the UK and Europe. Originally from Hillsong Sydney, Gary works closely with the lead pastors of our international Hillsong Churches to facilitate Hillsong’s growth and ministry globally.

George Aghajanian

George Aghajanian is General Manager and a director of Hillsong Church Australia and its international entities. Upon leaving university he entered the private sector where he gained extensive experience in management, customer service, sales and marketing. George possesses a wealth of senior management experience working with both Australian and international organisations, and brings a strong balance of faith and practical business application to his role. George is married to Margaret and they have four children.
